For a refurb it's pretty decent, I was apprehensive to buy one. But it work as it should, got delivered promptly. The battery life is decent too. And to buy a refurbished anything we are recycling our tech and helping the planet.

I’ve had the laptop for a week now and it’s perfect, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it and shipping was secure and quick. They did send me the wrong charger but it wasn’t a problem as I already had a USBC at home. I contacted them to get the charger and they sorted the problem quickly so a charger is on its way to me! I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone to save some money on some gadgets :)

I love my macbook pro from backmarket, it looks exactly like new, works really well, battery is good and serves its purpose. I'll definitely buy more gadgets soon.

Came with a new charger and came in excellent condition no scratches and I was quite worried of buying at first but it’s turned out great everything works and a great laptop for students and came with a new battery which is also great came charged aswell and fast shipping 100% recommend

Was good got upgraded to a touchbar was a nice touch only thing is two of the keys are not clicky but still register the key so can’t fault it as still works
