Macbook reçu en parfait état, rien à dire pour l’instant. J’ai juste reçu le mauvais chargeur mais après 3 jours ils m’ont renvoyé celui adapté.

Après un petit problème de mise en route (clavier sûrement pas en AZERTY français) j’ai contacté Apple qui m’a réglé le problème en 10min. L’ordi est comme neuf et fonctionne parfaitement !

Tout d’abord je tiens à remercier le service client de Back Market qui a été top du début à la fin et a l’écoute, la mauvaise note est UNIQUEMENT pour le reconditioneur OKAMAC. MacBook gris sidéral AZERTY français commandé, reçu dans la mauvaise couleur, avec un clavier AZERTY anglais et un gros bug au niveau du clavier, ordinateur renvoyé le lendemain, 6 jours d’attente pour au final avoir un remboursement. J’avais une appréhension en lisant les avis, j’aurais du écouter mon instinct, je ne recommande pas du tout de passer par OKAMAC.

Pour un état correct, il est indiqué que l'appareil est fonctionnel mais peut avoir plusieurs défauts esthétiques (ce qui n'est pas un problème pour moi si l'ordinateur est fonctionnel), pourtant le MacBook à la réception ne tenait pas plus que 30min en batterie, le Touch Bar clignotait et l'écran avait dès défauts visibles même quand il était allumé. De plus, les empreintes de clavier sont apparus sur l'écran après 1j.
