Hello, the MacBook Pro is as ordered. The configuration went very well, as did the upgrade to macOS Ventura 13.7. The exterior is very good, with a few light scratches that are barely noticeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

For the moment it has no worries, I ordered it in "very good condition" I would say it is in perfect condition, I recommend it! It doesn't overheat, it's smooth and fine, in short it's really great for the price!

So far, the only thing I've noticed is that I ordered an AZERTY computer, but I've received the QWERTY one, which isn't a big deal given that it's a refurbished computer. I'm waiting to see the computer in a little more detail.

MacBook Pro in excellent condition, no scratches or marks. I also received it very quickly in super packaging. A little bomb with the latest OS, not bad for an old one! I'll just have to get used to the new keyboard with its harder keys. I wasn't after the Touch Bar, but in some cases it's quite handy.

Delivery was quicker than expected and the product was in good condition and very clean. I had no trouble getting it up and running, only realising afterwards that Backmarket offered help with installation. I noticed a few days later that the appliance heated up a bit when used for longer than usual. I hope I don't have to deal with the after-sales service.
