Acheté le 1er janvier 2024, pour le moment aucun accident. Reçu très propre et bien emballé. La batterie tient plutôt bien donc rien à redire pour le moment. Produit 100% conforme à la description. Emballage très sérieux, livrer avec un guide de mise en route et quelques conseils de paramétrage. J’ai recu mon macbook il y a 3semaines, je l’ai acheté en « très bon état » et franchement top, il est rapide, l’ecran est impec, quasiment pas de rayures, la batterie tient super bien en autonomie, y a juste 1 touche sur laquelle il faut forcer c’est le seul petit point negatif sinon, je recommande a fond !MacBook Pro Retina 13.3-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 128 AZERTY - FrenchPurchased on the 17 October 2023

Le MacBook fonctionne plutôt bien hormis le fait qu'il doit tout le temps être branché (un peu dommage pour un ordinateur portable) et la touche Maj gauche qui ne fonctionne pas. Etat correct pour ce Macbookpro de 2017 "des traces d'usure mais ça va ça aurai pu etre pire et juste un probleme au niveau de la connexion a la session le clavier etait en Qwerty "canadien français" au lieu d etre en Azerty avec une mise a jour du OS "Ventura" tout a été réglé ... dans l ensemble et pour le prix c'est bien.MacBook Pro Retina 13.3-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 512 AZERTY - FrenchPurchased on the 2 January 2024

Excellent mon Apple book pro j’ai reçu mon colis très vite, livré par le livreur sans aucun problème. L’ordi fonctionne comme ci il était neuf. Aucune rayure. Configuration facile. Bonjour, L'appareil reçu est en bon état et fonctionne parfaitement. De ce point de vue notre appréciation est très positive et répond à nos attentes. Cependant l'appareil était commandé avec un clavier francophone et, donc, nous nous attendions a pouvoir changer la langue au démarrage du système. Ce n'était pas le cas. nous avons, donc, été obligé de réinstaller tout le système en choisissant la langue français. Soit vous indiquez que le système installé sur l'appareil est en néerlandais soit vous installez un système dans une langue internationale comme l'anglais. Par ailleurs dans les échanges des emails avec Backmarket avant l'achat vous proposiez systématiquement de procéder à l'achat afin de pouvoir discuter avec le vendeur. Une telle proposition est tout à fait surprenante, voire falacieuse, car le principe d'une transaction commerciale consiste à négocier/discuter avant l'achat car après il n'y aura plus moyen de négocier.
