The order and delivery were good and fast. The keyboard configuration had to be checked by my partner because although the keys were in English, the commands were not... but that has been sorted out. So far the tests seem to be going well and there are no errors.

I ordered this macbook in January 2023, I review it in October of the same year. After almost ten months of use I can say that I am quite happy with it. I ordered it in excellent condition and on the outside it didn't have a single scratch, everything as if it was brand new (the only thing is that it came in a box that wasn't theirs, but that's not a problem). In terms of use, I use it to study, do online classes and watch the occasional video. The use is correct and I haven't had any problems with it. Yes, I had to configure the Apple ID from a Windows, but with a youtube tutorial I was able to solve it (it's a pain if you don't know how to do it or don't have another device). I'm pretty happy, the only downside is that I've noticed that if you use google chrome sometimes when you watch a video, the fan starts to run very loud. Other than that, it's great. It's my first refurbished and my first Apple device, and I recommend it (if you take excellent option).

So far it was fine, but as soon as I started to work a bit more than browsing (no big programmes either, just Keynotes and Pages) it gets very hot, makes a lot of noise and runs very slowly. It often gets stuck. The truth is that for the moment, I would not recommend or buy refurbished.

The equipment, physically, is very well cared for. There is not a scratch on it, at least not to the naked eye. What is true, however, is that the battery doesn't work at all well. It doesn't have any problems, but it doesn't last as long as it should. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

It works well and for the size it works well, it is true that I expected it to be compatible with many more applications that I use, and for example a particular application that I use for classes, the main reason why I bought it and well I almost don't use it, but you never know when it comes in handy. Not bad

Everything is perfect. The computer is a cucumber and barely has two marks on the back of the screen. It works perfectly. Super fast delivery. The computer comes well protected in a cardboard box.
