The item arrived very quickly, only have one issue, the charger provided. Does not charge the MacBook Air, so am quite disappointed with that. Other the laptop itself was in very good conditions just superficial blemishes

Macbook arrived 2 days earlier than stated, great! Apple Certified Refurbished Product, sealed in original Apple packaging with Apple cover. Macbook is not only as good as new, but actually new. I can't see any difference, great performance and really good savings on the flash sale. Best regards to the workshop in Slovakia!

Impressed. Delivered next day, exactly as spec. And in excellent condition. The computer is fast and lighter than my ancient MacBook Pro. So I’m delighted with it. Screen quality is fantastic clear for streaming films or tv. Trackpad is larger which is helpful Very happy with my purchase. Nothing to do with this lovely new MacBook itself, it’s great …. But apple Migration assistant on the other hand was hopeless - think about your transfer needs in advance and don’t assume wifi or Time Machine will be able to handle it. I say this in case you need a thunderbolt cable. Which you might want to add to your order.

Arrived as scheduled, in great condition. Battery as good as new (only 3 cycles!) Only negative I would say is that the computer box (not the parcel) was not well closed so the Mac was out of place and the power cord and plug were loose which could have scratched or dented the actual computer. Luckily, it didn't. Otherwise, will buy again (something else!).
