    Das MacBook ist in gutem Zustand und auch die Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert. Es ist meine zweite Bestellung bei Backmarket und leider ist auch zum 2. Mal etwas defekt. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung ist das damals bestellte iPhone beschädigt gewesen, diesmal hat das Netzteil zum Laden des MacBooks von Beginn an nur mit Wackelkontakt funktioniert. Den Kundenservice finde ich zwar schnell, aber die angebotenen Lösungen finde ich immer nicht besonders zufriedenstellend. Statt sofort einen Ersatz für das (im Original sehr teure) Netzteil anzubieten, wird das nur unter der Voraussetzung getan, dass ein Ersatzteil auf Lager ist und gleich dazu gesagt, dass es lange dauern kann. Oder es werden 30 Euro angeboten, die nicht einmal reichen, das Kabel vom Netzteil zu ersetzen. Finde ich schade und ich glaube, diesmal war es wirklich meine letzte Bestellung bei Backmarket.

    Funktioniert gut, ich habe jedoch "hervorragend" ausgewählt und es wurde, wie ich gerade sehe "nur" ein "wie neu" versandt. Man sieht einige Kratzer auch aus weiterer Entfernung. Funktionstechnisch ist das Macbook aber top.

    Ich muss sagen ich bin positiv überrascht von dem MacBook. Anfangs hatte ich etwas Angst das es vielleicht doch ein scam oder ähnliches sei aber nein. Ich hatte beim einstellen keine Probleme und es sieht aus wie neu. Ich habe es auch in dem zustand "wie neu" gekauft und bin 100% überzeugt und kann es auch sehr weiterempfehlen!!! Das wird nicht das letzte mal auf dieser Website für mich gewesen sein.

    Die Lieferung war super schnell und der Computer läuft einwandfrei. Das Gehäuse hatte mehr Gebrauchsspuren als bei „sehr gut“ erwartet. Leider war die voreingestellte Sprache Ungarisch. Es hat viele Nerven gekostet in einer vollkommenen unbekannten Sprache die Installation vorzunehmen. Das würde uch mir anders wünschen!

    Keine ersichtlichen Kratzer, nur kleine Abnutzungen. Leider waren sehr viele Brösel auf dem Laptop und er stank nach Rauch. Ebenso passten am Anfang manche Tasten nicht, bis wir herausgefunden haben, dass dieser doch nicht auf deutsch eingestellt wurde.

    Das Produkt selbst ist in wirklich sehr gutem Zustand, sowohl optisch als auch technisch. Lieferung wurde auch im angegebenen Zeitraum durchgeführt. Einziger Makel, die Rechnung habe ich nach über 10 Tagen noch nicht erhalten, obwohl ich sie über mein Profil angefordert habe.
