When the parcel arrived and I saw the original box, I admit I was a bit worried, and even though the accessories were not original, the Mac works perfectly and is in brand new, really impeccable condition (and from France no less). NB: the 100% battery status on the Mac is really reassuring and was my only precondition before buying. My first refurbished purchase and a great experience ✨

Twice now the computer has stopped in the middle of importing a video file onto an sdd card. I've had to restart the whole import process, which is costing me precious minutes. I'm a reporter for Agence France Presse and every second counts to get the story out as quickly as possible. This is the first time I've bought refurbished because I have to rely 100% on my equipment when I'm in the field. So I'm a bit disappointed and I'll be going back to my old computer.

Very fast delivery, Macbook in perfect condition, 100% battery condition even though I hadn't asked for a new one. The only downside was the packaging: it was sealed in plastic film and in a cardboard box without any cushioning paper or padding.

There are two temperamental keys (the 5 and the touch id), and the keyboard is an azerty that's a bit special/different from my previous one (so it takes a bit of getting used to) but otherwise it's everything I expected and the buying/selling process was very smooth.
