Very good in general, but the battery seems weak for a reconditioned device: it only lasts 2 hours and 40 minutes. Also, I can't reply to your messages any more, with the constant message: "Our server is a bit slow ... try again". I'd like to ask you 2 questions: 1. I asked you how to obtain the serial number of the device and you told me to "type in the command" (once you got to the right place) except that you didn't say what the command was. 2. On the other hand, when I send an e-mail or reply to you, for example, the editor considers that it's probably in English and underlines everything in red. How can I get them to recognise that it's French? This makes it very difficult to read when I'm writing a text. In the settings I've clearly indicated that the language is French. Marc
