I ordered a computer in "perfect condition" which unfortunately did not arrive in the condition indicated, in fact the device had many very visible signs of wear. What's more, the touch pad didn't work, so I sent the device back as quickly as possible to receive a new computer that worked and met the "perfect condition" criteria. At the time, there were 6 copies of the same device in perfect condition on the site, but BackMarket waited a week before getting back to me. As a result, this model no longer exists, leaving me with a refund of the price of the device, not including the purchase and delivery costs. In conclusion, I really don't recommend buying from this site, as it will be a waste of your time and money!
