Well some signs of use but more than acceptable. It did have a non-official version of Outlook installed via Microsoft Store. I immediately uninstalled this one. Also, the correct input language was not installed. As this laptop is equipped with an Association Kingdom keyboard, it is handy to set this as input language as well. Not a problem for me but perhaps for a less seasoned Windows user.
