All wrong, I ordered a used laptop. It said it was the last one in very good condition and I received a completely different laptop, very worn and with a different processor to the one I ordered. Some connections didn't work and I couldn't check anything when I got it because I work a lot and the laptop was urgent for my work and I ended up being delayed even more. I tried to reach an agreement with the seller but the slowness of the customer service in answering desperate and did not let me work calmly to be waiting for him to respond. It is the first time I buy something from Back Market and I did not like the experience at all... thank you very much for wasting my time... thank you.
