The computer did arrive, in excellent time, but I noticed straight away that there was an error with the connections, which surprised me a little. I would like to point out, however, that Back Market reacted quickly and professionally by giving me a £25 voucher, which I appreciate. On the other hand, I'm still having problems with the keyboard. The device was presented as being in French AZERTY, but in practice, the configuration doesn't really correspond, and setting it up is complicated, which means it's hard to use on a daily basis. So I have mixed feelings about this purchase: the customer service was up to scratch, but the product didn't quite live up to my expectations. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
