The laptop really is like new. I didn't expect it to look like it was bought new. I also like that the packaging has very little plastic and only the bare minimum has been used. I also had no problems with the delivery. I will be buying from BackMarket more often

I can't recommend it - doesn't look particularly professional The laptop's keyboard still has pre-punched French letter fields that show through the German ones. The price I was quoted to replace the keyboard myself was less than the price of a new keyboard. It also seems very strange to me that my customer advisor acted as an employee of Backmarket on one occasion and as an employee of the retailer on another. This doesn't seem very professional and I didn't receive a reply to my request to discuss the entire purchase.

Good product and very reliable and prompt delivery

After ordering 2 ThinkPads I can say: Battery life is less than 4 hours each time! When I ask for help and rectification, I always receive an automated response. The cancellation process is also very slow. I can only advise you to keep your hands off Back Market.

Service and delivery were first class, the computer arrived quickly and undamaged, the condition and performance are as expected. This is my third order through Back Market and I have always been very satisfied.
