I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s in the excellent category. After receiving the device, I first checked the battery capacity. On the day of my order, the relatively good battery that had previously been installed was removed and another much worse battery with a much lower battery capacity was installed. So the battery replacement at the time of purchase deliberately made the laptop more short-lived. This has nothing to do with sustainability if a poorer battery is retrofitted so that the device breaks faster! The keyboard is also B-grade, or probably an extremely poorly made, non-original replacement keyboard. The pre-embossed symbol on the keys does not match the characters printed on it in white, but has slipped slightly in some places and extremely in others. Finally, but less tragically, the laptop arrived too late. I was able to see from the tracking that it was not the fault of the post office. Extremely disappointing and annoying experience, as I am dependent on a new laptop.
