Arrived on time and as described, bought ‘fair’ so expected it to have taken a beating. Pleasantly surprised! In nearly new condition, the tiniest of marks on the bezel at the bottom of the screen, looks like someone closed the lid on a ringbound notepad while coming back from a meeting. Very happy, robust high performing laptop. Battery lasts well too!

Delivered early. Refurbished immaculately as promised. Brand new (apart from the track pad but it's the only sign of use). Very responsive laptop and works like a dream. Am going to buy my refurbished phone here too

Despite being delivered with a corrupted Windows 11 pre-installation (chain bluescreens), as this PC is intended to be used with Linux, I managed very well and the expected performance is there, even with only 8GB of base memory. The touch screen was a pleasant surprise, but I didn't know that when I bought it. The device was in excellent condition as advertised.

I've installed kubuntu and I've updated windows 11, I've put some vinyl keyboard stickers, you can't tell it's a Swedish keyboard. I think that later I will delete windows 11. Kubuntu goes like a bullet, I have recognized the fingerprint detector, the card reader is valid as a DNIe reader, I just need to test if it works to put a mobile card and would already be at the top. very happy with the purchase, repida delivery and like new ... Frankly, it's not bad, powerful and quiet even when pushed to the max. The only problem is that the backslash key and the other symbols on the same key are missing, which for a Linux programmer is unacceptable. That's why I ordered another keyboard.

I gave it to my daughter as a present, and it seems she's really pleased with it! It's for her classes at the IFSI, and she's been able to install her specific software (Antidote) on it and takes it to class every day - she's very proud!
