Product is actually better than I had percieved. It is in very good condition and is in my opinion well worth the money I paid. Delivered on time and was a dream to set up and explore. ( I am a mid seventies user) Win 11 Pro to boot. Won't be the last purchase I make from Back Market . Thank you.

Very good choice, small scratches "announced" and not serious. Everything is functional, and final installation is quick and easy.

All in all a good condition laptop, fair spec for its price. I had a couple of hardware and software issues but mainly caused by Windows 11 updates, which are now resolved and the device is running smoothly again.

The device works, but suffered minor damage en route, in the form of a broken cover for the Ethernet port. When we discovered this we had already spent a lot of time installing software and files on the machine, so did not want to return it, but hoped to be sent a spare part or attachment that would enable connection to Ethernet. Your agent could not help and said that our year's warranty was at risk if we didn't return the goods!

The order did not correspond to the description given before purchase. RAM memory of 8 GB instead of 16 GB. Request to reset the password for the "easy" user was impossible for someone new to the subject, as the Windows security system had to be bypassed. Transformer supplied by DELL instead of the expected LENOVO brand. A few claws and the stability feet on the underside of the laptop were missing. In conclusion, without having had the option of bypassing Windows security with regard to the password change, it would have been impossible to ensure that the laptop was in full compliance with what had been ordered.
