Very smoothly. I took it out of the packing, it looked in good order so I plugged in and logged on. Everything smooth and I am very happy with item. I happily recommend Back Market to all my family.

Product is actually better than I had percieved. It is in very good condition and is in my opinion well worth the money I paid. Delivered on time and was a dream to set up and explore. ( I am a mid seventies user) Win 11 Pro to boot. Won't be the last purchase I make from Back Market . Thank you.

Very good choice, small scratches "announced" and not serious. Everything is functional, and final installation is quick and easy.

All in all a good condition laptop, fair spec for its price. I had a couple of hardware and software issues but mainly caused by Windows 11 updates, which are now resolved and the device is running smoothly again.

The device works, but suffered minor damage en route, in the form of a broken cover for the Ethernet port. When we discovered this we had already spent a lot of time installing software and files on the machine, so did not want to return it, but hoped to be sent a spare part or attachment that would enable connection to Ethernet. Your agent could not help and said that our year's warranty was at risk if we didn't return the goods!

After receiving this laptop it was dirty all over and around the keyboard, There was a label missing off the bottom with the sticky glue still on it and dirty, There were deep scratches around the logo and on the top casing, The sound device was faulty. (no sound). I paid extra to have an excellent quality laptop and the above does not seem excellent quality to me. I am waiting for my refund.
