I have always bought reconditioned phones from Back Market and it has always gone well. I'm disappointed with this order. I bought an iPhone XS in very good condition because one of the selling points was a minimum 85% battery. The device I received showed only 80%. When I try to report this in the help centre, there is no solution, only advice... I would have liked to have been offered a solution or a commercial gesture for this.

I bought the iphone xs in very good condition and with new battery, I have come perfect are no scratches or splashes or anything everything is perfect. Si que tengo que decir que la empresa de mensajeria tardo un poco y el repartidor no me lo entrego a la hora que ponia la empresa, pero bueno si que la bateria no puedo ver la capacidad de la bateria porque l'Iphone no reconoze que es una bateria de Apple pero bueno en todo caso està super bien y por el precio que compre està super bien. I would definitely buy it again 😉😍.

Iphone XS: received today, truly excellent cosmetic condition, not a scratch or mark even checking it with a torch. Incredibly 100% battery and no parts reported as "foreign", so all perfect to say the least. Mobile phone manufactured in July 2019 according to Apple. Super satisfied with the purchase!!!!!!

I got an iPhone XS as "very good". I also had the battery replaced at the same time. I'm really impressed with the mobile phone. It really has minimal microcrackers at "very good". I get through the day very well with the new battery. The only thing I would criticise is that it gets a bit warm, but I don't think you can complain about that with a 6-year-old mobile phone with iOS 18. With my iPhone it was just that the speaker is blunt, but I don't have a big problem with that. On the whole: If you want a bit of nostalgia and at the same time a cheap and very good iPhone that still keeps up with today's standards, you won't be disappointed here in any case. :)

iPhone XS ordered in "Perfect condition" grade. The first thing I received was a phone that looked as good as the grade, not a scratch, 100% battery. However, the touch screen was faulty and the letter N on the keypad did not work. Phone returned and full refund received promptly. I recommended another model of the same grade and this time it was the right one. No problems after a few weeks of use. The battery is 100% and the phone was visually as good as new.
