Iphone 6S Plus like new, with 100% battery, very well packed with a nice surprise... A transparent shell and a tempered glass screen protector. So far, so good! After the start-up, on Christmas day when the presents are unwrapped, thanks to Santa Claus! The touch screen starts to show signs of weakness by not responding on many occasions... After consulting Apple's tutorials to fix it, nothing happened... It seems that this is a known Apple problem and that it is necessary to redo the soldering on the motherboard. And, there... The troubles begin... How to return the Iphone? No return slip left by Cubyn in the box, no way to reach Eternal Sun via my interface... The problem is that in parallel I bought Ipods, additional power cables, a waterproof case... Conclusion, I sent back the Iphone at my expense by registered mail with insurance despite a 12 months warranty and a free return... I am not at my first experience of refurbished but it is the first time I encounter a problem. Let's hope that Eternal Sun will be reactive in repairing or replacing it with a "like new" Iphone, working perfectly, and will reimburse me the shipping costs. To be continued...
