I ordered an iPhone 13 on Friday and estimated delivery on Thursday, I received it on Tuesday so very happy nothing to say about it. The battery is 100%, I took it in perfect condition and there is nothing to say it is like new, no worries. I'm really happy with it, it's a very good product and I like to buy refurbished for the planet. I've been using it for a while now, but it's a great product and I'm very happy with it. I didn't get a protective case and glass in addition to my product as advertised, so it doesn't matter to me but it was still advertised. And then I will say the biggest problem: my package arrived open! The phone was in a box that was in an envelope so the box was fine but the envelope was completely open. I know it's not BackMarket's fault, so I'm not punishing them, but I wanted to make it clear. Good day to you

Iphone 13 Red received on time no trace even minimal, the same as if I had bought it in shop. 100% battery 0 micro scratches I'm just sad that I didn't receive a case like some people have, it's a shame, it could have been the detail that would have made me recommend this seller for sure, but I'm still very satisfied! This is the first time I've ordered refurbished and I'm going to do it again, I'm not going to lie it's not for the ecology but for my wallet. For 660€ it's a bargain.
