The communication is just hopeless. I’ve tried to get help since ordering it and every time I send a message it takes about 24hrs to respond and usually it’s to pass me on to a different department which is just ridiculous in this day and age. Not happy at all with the customer service, I’m still trying to get it sorted and left waiting for a reply!!

It was a first for me to go the refurbished route, and I have to admit that I looked long and hard at customer reviews and videos... and then I took the plunge. The iPad arrived sooner than expected, in extraordinary condition and with only 1 cycle on the battery. Frankly, it was a first experience that went better than I could have hoped. I'll be coming back next time, that's for sure!

Everything was perfect, no problems so far. Very fast delivery. No damage or scratches, although it is sold as reconditioned, battery never used (2 cycles) although I had bought it in perfect condition (and not in premium, as is recommended for a new battery).
