Ii am happy and satisfied with this purchase. It looks and performs like new! There was confusion about the delivery as I was given one date but it arrived much earlier. I was told it was coming on the day it did but they never put the arrival date on so it was a lovely surprise! I was only home by chance from shopping and would have appreciated the word 'today' on the notification.

Fast delivery, product delivered without box but well protected in bubble wrap. Perfect condition as advertised, absolutely no scratches or signs of wear. Plus: brand new battery (only 12 charging cycles and 100% maximum charging capacity) and Apple Care cover valid for another 7 months. In short, a brand new product at a very attractive refurbished price: an excellent buy! Trustworthy seller, I highly recommend it.

In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

The iPad arrived without a hitch. Absolutely everything was perfect, but I expected nothing less than "perfect condition". Apart from the unofficial box and charger, I couldn't tell the difference between the one I received and an iPad straight out of an Apple Store. I'm very satisfied, I recommend it, and I'll probably buy other refurbished items in the future :)

I was sceptical, but Apple's return policy and pricing made me buy my first refurbished device. The iPad (12.9", 128GB, 2022) had no signs of use on the casing. There is only a tiny little scratch on the display, but it is only visible when it is freshly cleaned and held up to the light. For €825, a device that was priced at over €1400 when it was launched and whose performance is sufficient for much more than surfing is top. (if it's supposed to be an iPad :) )
