Been looking for an iPad for a while but always been put off by the cost. I then came across BackMarket and was slightly sceptical of the condition ‘excellent’ as I’ve never purchased from here before and the price for which seemed far too good to be true! Less than 24 hours later, the device is in my hands and it’s as if I’ve just purchased one brand new directly from apple! Very very happy and would 100% recommend to others!

Ipad arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or dents, very well packaged. With original charger, everything works very well, pencil also bought in new condition, also perfect. Obviously I was apprehensive about ordering refurbished but I'm pleasantly surprised. I recommend Back Market!

I was very sceptical about buying a refurbished product, but after receiving it and using it for a while I changed my mind. I chose an IPad 11 Pro "Excellent" condition and I must say that I was very satisfied with the product that was sent to me. I will buy other products from this site in the future if I need them.

The product arrived in an "Apple Certified Refurbished" box with the original accessories (power supply and braided cable). The product is like new, i.e. no signs of use whatsoever. I am very satisfied! The package left from France and delivery took just over a week after I ordered on Monday.

I ordered a 512GB iPad Pro (2022) from Back Market to replace mine (first generation with less memory) and I'm delighted with : - the sales process (research, ordering, payment methods, tracking, etc.) - the product I received: I chose a model in perfect condition and that's what I got, in record time I had also considered reselling my old iPad Pro (2018), for which I had been offered a good price. However, I hadn't noticed a slight deterioration in the display and the refurbisher made me a significantly lower counter-offer, which I preferred to decline (and let a friend or relative benefit from fully operational equipment, despite this defect). And I got my iPad back free of charge and very quickly. Despite this setback, I was reassured by the seriousness of the operation (guarantee of the quality of equipment bought second-hand). In short: buying second-hand is a solution for the future and when the customer experience is at this level, there really isn't much reason (for my purposes) to consume scarce resources and pay full price ;-)
