I have bought several times on Back Market and have always been very satisfied. The iPad was immaculate in its original packaging. The only thing missing was the charging cable shown in the description. But I have plenty of them. This makes refurbished fun! Thank you BackMarket

the first ipad i received did not meet the grade specification but back market and the refurbisher sorted it out in a timely manner and i am very happy with my replacement device! highly recommend using back market as their customer service is amazing in my experience! delivery is quick, returns are quick, decisions on whether the refurbisher will repair/replace/refund are quick! great service throughout my experience, everything is explained well and is very understandable which is important for me as an autistic person! it’s also great because you save so much money while also saving the environment and saying no to modern slavery while also getting a quality device that is practically new!

Hello I took the ipad pro in perfect condition The iPad is indeed it is in perfect condition under baliseurs in the box Apple products Reconditioned the state de battery is 100% check through the application coconutBattery download on pc from Google, performance test slightly above average for this model . The iPad is perfect but on the other hand on the accessories side c'est pas parfait en effet le câble  semble officiel mais ne comporte pas les pictogrammes donc c'est un faux et là prise secteur n'est pas officiel elle vient de la marque mobilize et le pire c'est that the mains plug is pushed into the box because it's bigger than the original one which has damaged the box in the mains slot  the box has a hole in the compartment for the mains plug which is a shame considering the price especially as the iPad is perfect.I recommend this seller but plan to buy an original charger not to damage the battery

Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!

I'm very happy with my order, it's amazing to see how it arrived in the Apple refurbished box. And I still have the option to buy AppleCare as if it were a brand new product.
