A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Arrived quickly and looks and operates like it's brand new! Really impressed. It also came with a tempered glass screen protector already applied which I wasn't expecting and is a very helpful addition.

Fast delivery, slightly light packaging (a bubble pack in a cardboard box with little padding). Tablet completely discharged (1%) and screen not cleaned. The battery holds a charge well and the tablet is in good condition. Cable supplied but no mains adaptor, contrary to what was advertised, so I can't give it the highest rating.

I bought this IPad to work with it. I needed it as soon as possible. It arrived before the indicated date. Great. I was given a box. The tablet came in a padded envelope and the charger was loose, inside the box. My surprise was when I found out that it was a "universal" charger, which is not compatible with Apple devices. After several conversations with the customer service (Alexander), I was given a satisfactory solution. The service has been very friendly, attentive, decisive and very fast. Looked great, the condition was excellent, however, the screen soon became unresponsive and I had to return the ipad. No fault of the sellers, technology can be finicky, the refund was prompt so still not a bad experience in general. However, this was the second thing I had bought from this site which I have had to return.
