Both the processing of the order and the delivery by courier has been correct, complying with what was announced. Regarding the iPad mini (2019) 5th gen, the device is in a very good condition. The battery responds very well, both when charging and when used in energy saving mode. The device is delivered absolutely formatted from previous data, with no record of pre-delivery activity. I needed a simple iPad that wasn't the latest generation, and this model more than meets my expectations and needs. The price is also very reasonable. This is the first time I have bought through this platform. Everything has been satisfactory. Recommended, at least, with devices that are labelled in "very good" or "excellent" condition. I can't give my opinion on other condition categories.

The Ipad arrived in perfect condition. The charger is not compatible with the standard plugs... but that's not important. I charged the battery with another Apple charger. As I have everything in Icloud, all the information and applications are transferred to the new Ipad without any problem. I am very happy with the purchase

I told you in my last comment, my order arrived 3 days later than when it was due for delivery and did not arrive for my wife's birthday, so in that sense I have had no compensation whatsoever and the damage was irreparable.

My wife loves it. The old iPad mini 2ng gen was starting to show its age, bought from new it has been amazing. The new IPad mini is amazing. Not the first piece of tech I have bought from Back Market so it’s 5 stars from me.
