This was delivered in good time, the refurbished product is as good as new, it looks great and it works fine with decent battery life, as per new. Honestly no complaints and it baffles me why you'd need to buy new kit with services as good as this! Thanks Back market!

Didn't want to spend £100s on a replacement mini iPad for my daughter so got a reconditioned one. Very happy with it. The smashed one still functioned so we were able to transfer everything and she's delighted with it. I spent the extra to get a 'good' condition and, apart from a small dink, it's perfect.

Both the processing of the order and the delivery by courier has been correct, complying with what was announced. Regarding the iPad mini (2019) 5th gen, the device is in a very good condition. The battery responds very well, both when charging and when used in energy saving mode. The device is delivered absolutely formatted from previous data, with no record of pre-delivery activity. I needed a simple iPad that wasn't the latest generation, and this model more than meets my expectations and needs. The price is also very reasonable. This is the first time I have bought through this platform. Everything has been satisfactory. Recommended, at least, with devices that are labelled in "very good" or "excellent" condition. I can't give my opinion on other condition categories.

Really quick delivery, good contact through emails re the order arrival. I just wish I could actually mail them as I has a question that was not able to be fully answered through their help boxes on my orders. At 71 I would prefer to speak to a person. A good website though with a lot of choice re models and choice of goods. Also like that they offer money for old devices. Saves landfill and makes use of old ones. I will definitely use them again.

The iPad was in almost perfect condition and works very well! I was very surprised by the way it was packed: it was squeezed into a rigid cardboard box, which was itself stuck in a box. This really worried me when I discovered the iPad! However, there was no damage on delivery. Is this a new packaging policy? I find this disconcerting and very limited, because if we have to send it back, I'm not sure we'll be able to 'jam' it in the same way... I'd much prefer the classic box.
