My iPad Mini 7 2024 is an excellent product.and I confirm everything that was written on your site to introduce it. Incidentally it arrived with documented battery charge cycles of 18 !!! Which makes it truly as good as new (bearing in mind that as stated by Apple "iPad batteries are designed to retain 80% of their original capacity over 1000 full charge cycles, depending on how they are regularly used and charged". The product is as if it was just bought in an Apple shop

I’m thrilled to bits with the iPad but the charger didn’t work. The wire kept coming out of the plug. It wasn’t an Apple charger. I went to Apple in Leicester to find out what was wrong and I bought an Apple plug for £19 and it solved the problem. maybe you should send the right charger with your goods. Would be nice if you could reimburse me for the plug. I have a receipt. JoyBraker

product received quickly and in very good condition. it is wonderful like a new product. The product came from abroad and I was supplied with an adaptor which I had to pay for. I would like to emphasise this point even though I bought a French charger. I would recommend this quality seller in every respect.

The iPad was like new. No scratches or damage whatsoever. The battery is top ... 100%. The charger in the box was a US plug. I personally don't think that's a bad thing as you have enough chargers anyway. However, an adapter was included in the pack. Even though I don't need it, I think it's very commendable. This wasn't the first time I've bought from Back Market and it certainly won't be the last.
