    Je suis très déçue et c’est un eufemisme ! J’ai commandé ce produit et j’ai reçu le modèle en 11 pouces. Il était pourtant bien inscrit sur le bon de livraison qu’il s’agissait du 12,9 pouces. Le service d’aide de Back MMarket a été réactif à ma demande d’aide mais le fournisseur n’a pas du tout été commerçant. J’ai demandé à renvoyer le produit pour recevoir le bon modèle avec en plus un geste commerciale pour l’erreur commise qui me semble, non excusable et si facile à éviter . J’ai seulement eu le choix de garder le modèle 11 pouces avec un dédommagement de 30€ (qu’allais-je bien pouvoir faire d’un clavier 11 pouces avec un iPad qui en fait 12,9..?! ) ou de le renvoyer pour un échange sans geste commercial. Je choisis l’option 2 puisque mon besoin est urgent et je ne vais pas tergiverser par messages pendant des semaines pour des miettes. Je renvois donc l’appareil, m’attendant à recevoir en échange le bon produit… Et bien il n’en ai rien je vais finalement recevoir un remboursement du produit… sans aucun geste commerciale du fournisseur ou de Back Market .. c’est franchement honteux ! Merci de veiller à travailler avec des fournisseurs fiables et responsables. J’aime beauco...
