I received the package within one day, super fast delivery. The product is excellent and came in brand new condition with the original Apple packaging and everything. I even checked the serial number on Apple's website and it showed that the iPad had never been activated before, truly brand new. The charger is in the American version, but they included an adapter, so it's not a problem. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far. Highly recommend it!

Uncomplicated search on the platform, quick processing, device better than expected, without any signs of use. Only the unsuitable plug with adapter is a little annoying and should have been included in the description beforehand.

The purchase went smoothly and the iPad was exactly as described. Everything was great. However, the delivery via UPS was not so great: unreliable, repeatedly postponed parcel notification and allegedly no delivery possible, although someone was at home 😒

The iPad was supplied with a mains charger that is not compatible in Germany and the adapter you enclosed does not fit the mains charger. Will I receive the correct one later?

The website was straightforward to use, and the device arrived very quickly. It appeared brand new, even having the introductory offers from Apple still active. The battery had been charged only a very few times. A great choice!

iPad unpacked, as good as new! Was in its original packaging. It couldn't be better! I'll be buying my next Apple product from Back Market again!
