    Great price and fast delivery. The 12 month warranty makes a big difference for me when choosing a refurbished tech supplier. Many only give 3 months max. The 'very good' condition of my iPad is indeed accurate. It looks as if it was never used.

    Ich habe nun das zweite refurbishte Gerät von Back Market und bin super zufrieden. Bislang hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das erste Gerät war eine Apple Watch, die ich nun schon im zweiten Jahr nutze. Ich wollte erst einmal testen, ob ich das Gerät überhaupt dauerhaft nutze und für gut befinde. Beim iPad (zweites Gerät) ist das jetzt genauso. Habe es mir für den Job gekauft. Ich würde es wieder so machen 👍🏻.

    Es ist für uns als Käufer manchmal schwer nachvollziehbar wie es sein kann, dass es offenbar günstiger ist ein iPad neu herzustellen, als ein benutzes iPad zu erneuern. Wir haben lange zwischen einem neuen und diesem Refurbished hin und her überlegt. Das neue iPad war 10Euro günster (gleiches Model, gleiche Leistung). Am Ende habe ich mich für das Karma entschieden. Die Abwicklung insgesamt hat mir gut gefallen, auch die Bezahlung über Klarna gefällt mir. Klarna ist für mich vertrauenswürdig, jedoch gruselt es mich was dieser Konzern alles über die Menschen wissen muss, die seine Dienstleistungen benutzen. Was ich mir generell wünschen würde (nicht spezifisch für Backmarket), dass nicht nur gute Altgeräte refurbished werden, sondern alle Geräte als Rohstoff für neue Geräte verwendet werden. Es muss Pipelines geben, die Altgeräte komplett auseinandernehmen und die Komponenten so umfassend wie möglich wieder zu Verfügung stellen, entweder als Rohstoff oder Recyclat.

    Really happy with my refurbished 9th Gen. iPad. Purchased, Delivered and setup within 48 hours, great service. Back Markets web site really easy to use and get support through. Trade In option was taken up, got an acceptable offer for my old 6th Gen iPad. All in all a great customer experience, will definitely recommend to all family and friends alike.

    Bought an excellent quality iPad from here for the Black Friday Sale. They sent a brand new iPad without the charger, paper around the iPad was still on. Works very well, no sign of use. Only downside is that it’s an American device, slightly more expensive to repair if broken but not at all an issue. Very happy with my purchase, saved myself £100 getting it refurbished. Thank you Black Market.

    First time I’ve used Back Market. Ordered 2 IPads for my daughters at Xmas. Superb hot deal price for 2 devices classed as excellent. Delivered the next day and wow. It’s suppose to be refurbished but I’m not sure as they were in a brand new iPad box and both devices appeared to have the original protective film cover surrounded them, they look brand new to me. Absolutely superb, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. Back market communication was brilliant and the product supplied by Bluefish Shop limited was exceptional.
