The iMac 27" 5K Core i5 3.1 GHz - SSD 256 GB - 32GB Keyboard ItalianCore i5mid 2020 purchased via BackMarket from the French company YesAgain in excellent quality, turned out to be in all respects up to expectations, in fact in NEW condition. The product was shipped via DHL and arrived in a sturdy cardboard box, with an ingenious system of sturdy pressure-inflated cushions inside, thus being extremely protected as it was able to mitigate any shocks at the same time. The DHL courier chosen for the shipment from France to Italy also handled the parcel well on the journey as it arrived completely intact and, it should be noted, one day earlier than expected. (N.B. box was easy to handle with the high-strength hoops placed by YesAgain). From the point of view of initialising the iMac, everything was perfect. Stunning performance from a graphics point of view. I would like to emphasise the extreme kindness of the YesAgain company which sent me the iMac with 40GB of Ram, thus giving me 8 additional Ram. My sincere thanks. In conclusion: my purchasing experience with BackMarket, also thanks to the smooth and perfect communication in all phases from the order, to the preparation, to the tracked shipment, through perfectly organised mails with all the contractual attachments c (I also did the warranty extension) was perfect at all times.
