(I will preface this by saying: that at the beginning, before deciding to purchase, I had some fears of making a mistake. Considering: the purchase of a reconditioned product, with a certain price (the highest price paid by me at the moment online) from a site that 'proposes' certain products, also from other sites or third parties ... in short, it's legitimate to think < where's the catch? > Instead: I must admit that it was a + than Satisfactory experience. First impact: packaging east. with nice thick cardboard / packaging of the PC (Apple Product) I'll not add anything else (x who knows, knows what I mean) everything was packaged as if I were the 1st to have opened it, brand new! This really exceeded my expectations. As for the BackMarket site (which I didn't know) I think they deal with quality products/checked/very good prices, and with interesting discounts. Then I found, that they follow the customer very closely, at all stages of shipping up to the delivery of the item. I would recommend it to everyone, and certainly, if I happen to make another ev. purchase in the future I will keep this platform in mind. Franco.

The iMac itself was in Immaculate condition and definitely worth paying the little extra as looks brand new. That being said though the reason for not giving a five star rating was the mouse and keyboard not being genuine apple products and felt cheap. That is my only criticism
