I couldn't download the app I wanted to use, it said it wasn't supported by the device. It was a subscription to a digital newspaper in my region. The charger was a newer version which did not work on the device. Luckily we still had the old cable... Otherwise the device works ok.

Order completed quickly and easily. Very fast shipping, FedEx was very professional. The tablet is in excellent condition and fulfils the function assigned to it. In short, nothing but good for a first for BackMarket.

Although it's not possible to get someone on the phone when you suddenly want to ask for information, I'm still satisfied with my experience with BackMarket. It's true that the online purchase and delivery were very quick. Good value for money for my tablet. But the version was not mentioned in the description on the site. I think you should add it. On the other hand, I'm struggling to access the site where you have to register for the insurance even though I've paid for it. What's the solution if I can't access this site even with your technical help? I didn't have to do this for my previous purchase.

I want my money back and the tablet has been returned to the post office. The problem is that it bugs.
