Decir que es la primera vez que compro a través de Back Market, y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. El Hawei P10 que he comprado esta en perfectas condiciones (cuesta ver si ha sido usado) a pesar de que estaba en la categoría intermedia, es decir muy buenas condiciones. Incluso venia con unos audífonos sin usar y un enchufe nuevo ( ademas del cable) aunque decía que no vendrían. El envío muy rápido. Lo úrico que espero es que con el paso del tiempo el teléfono siga funcionando bien, pero como digo lo que es la primera impresión, ha sido muy positiva.

I bought this phone and it was classed as "fair" quality... Came without even a scratch... Meant to take 3 days to arrive, arrived in 1. Got the phone at almost 80% off usual cost, even second hand... My only problem with Back Market is that I didn't start using them sooner.

Après quelques semaines seulement apparaît un message m indiquant que la batterie montre des signes d usure et me demande de me rapprocher d un vendeur pour la changer ! Je pensais que 'es produits étaient testés et reconditionnés sérieusement. Je suis très déçu.

Arrivée rapide, portable fonctionnel. Puis après à peine 4 mois d'utilisation, la mise au point de l'appareil photo s'est mise à ne plus fonctionner. Puis le reconnaissance de l'empreinte digitale... Ce sont certes des portables reconditionnés, mais au prix où on les achètent cela est clairement abusé. Heureusement, je me le suis fait rembourser. Mais je n'ai pas que ça à faire que de changer de téléphone tous les 4 mois..!
