The only problem is that the mobile was sent in a simple little box with a light bubble wrap and without a box adapted to the Mobil and without the tab to extract the sim card drawer 🤔 is this normal? I'm glad I had one! Other than that the phone works well and it's clean as described so I'm not going to quibble but I find it a bit limiting! Everything sounded great until sitting on the phone on a stone bench the screen shattered. The phone was not even a month old, I bought a case and a screen protector and nothing, as the warranty does not cover the broken screen I will have to buy another one because it is unusable. It seems that the screen was original although I don't have official documentation to confirm it, which anyway, it would be great to give to the customer when he buys a product, so that he understands what is original or not. I was very happy, the experience was very positive and now I don't know if it is worth buying another reconditioned one. I tried to talk to the support and nothing, they confirmed that there is no solution. I have to say that the charger arrived broken, the cable didn't work, (that's ok, I have a lot of them, but I'm just saying). Speaking of the delivery, the flat and door number was not sent to the post office and they did not manage to deliver it at home.
