Yours was a little more expensive, but the condition was great and I can find no faults although there was no mention that it was Windows 11 !!!! I've always been very happy with Backmarket but now I've bought this Elitebook x360 830 G7, after spending a lot of time comparing models. I finally opted for the x360 because it's touchscreen and convertible 2-in-1. When I received it, I realised that I'd received the same model but not the x360, so the screen wouldn't tilt. I asked for an exchange, but the model wasn't available. The seller offered me a €80 trade discount: in the end it's not a gesture, it's just a readjustment of the real price of what I bought.
