The laptop (HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8) arrived in excellent cosmetic condition, and I really liked the display and keyboard for university use. However, the fan was extremely loud at first. The bigger problem, though, was the battery: Immediately after delivery, the maximum capacity, according to the Windows battery report, was only 79%. After just two weeks of normal use (mainly YouTube and Edge for university), the performance completely plummeted, and the capacity further dropped to 76.5%. This is significantly below the 80% guaranteed by Back Market for refurbished devices. Since the battery drained rapidly even with simple videos, the device was returned within the 30-day period. A shame, otherwise a nice laptop!

It's almost perfect :-) No marks or scratches, although I expected it to be in fair condition. All the equipment is perfectly functional. The only regret is that the battery is not new (the option was not available even at a higher price). Well done to the refurbisher: Stam it's reputation is well deserved (I had chosen this particular refurbisher based on the opinions of other customers). On the other hand, the GLS carrier is not great (delays, parcel not moving for three days without knowing why, etc.). But it happens and I wasn't in a hurry... And I was warned (other customers have had the same problem).
