The condition is as advertised (a few scratches/stains on the aluminium case) but not much else. Works very well, perfect screen. Just the battery which seems a bit weak (just lasts the night in standby mode) but I didn't dig too deep to see if it was the nominal capacity (or close to it). In short, very satisfied

The device was advertised as being in "very good condition". It arrived very well packaged with a checklist of supposedly verified items. In fact, the camera wasn't working and the touchscreen was malfunctioning because the bottom of the screen was slightly dented. What a shame for my son's birthday... We had to order another device. Fortunately, BackMarket offers to let you keep the device while waiting to receive the other one. It's smooth, not complicated, but these are still steps I would have preferred to avoid. So, I'm giving a very poor mark to the Slovak refurbisher who didn't do their job.
