The product arrived quickly and without complications. The packaging was secure and very good. I had absolutely no problems with commissioning it. A few days ago, I also ordered a used HP Elitebook, with which I was and am absolutely not satisfied. It has significant signs of wear, which I had not seen from you in this form until now. But what's even worse is that although it was ordered as a German version, the laptop was/is not properly reset. When logging in, sometimes German and French appear, which is absolute rubbish. If I didn't need it so urgently, I would have returned it immediately. Rating: Grade 6 (unfortunately there's no 7) I am very, very disappointed with what was delivered here.
