The first thing that surprised me was how poorly secured it was, just in a cardboard box, no bubble wrap or anything.When I opened the laptop, the HP brand name was all smudged, the letters were barely visible. But oh well, even though it annoyed me, the important thing is that it works well. But no, it didn't work well, it wouldn't let me create a Windows account, nothing would load, it would freeze and a message would pop up saying "x application is not responding," the keyboard mouse would lock up and wouldn't let me scroll up or down. A complete disaster and a huge disappointment, you've made me distrustful. In short, you pay more for nothing, pathetic. 650 euros. The only good thing is the refund I'm waiting for. I sent it back wrapped in super secure bubble wrap and you guys just a simple cardboard box.
