    Muy molesto, ofendido y decepcionado con el trato recibido hasta el momento. Compro un portátil que pone que se entrega el lunes o el martes, y me llega el martes. Claramente pone que trae adaptador de corriente, y me llega sin el adaptador de corriente (ni cable ni transformador). Envío un mensaje, para notificar la incidencia, y me dicen que lo estudian. Hasta aquí aceptable. Dada la necesidad de utilizar el ordenador (por eso compré un modelo que ponía entrega rápida) y no decirme que me envían el cargador, decido comprar uno en Amazon para poder utilizar el portátil lo antes posible. Aquí empieza lo lamentable. La respuesta es que ven que he encendido el portátil, vamos que me tratan de mentiroso. Les he aportado la compra del cargador que hice en Amazon, después de esperar dos días sin solución. Decepción total. Espero que me den una solución. La decepción no es por el valor del cargado,no ha sido caro, pero el trato, decepcionante, poco profesional. Espero poder añadir un comentario favorable sobre esta incidencia.
