The purchase itself went very well: the product was in order, the price was good, and delivery was fast. The reconditioning was top quality, the device is as good as new and perfectly packaged. I'm very satisfied.
On the other hand, the delivery was deplorable. The delivery man left the parcel behind my gate, in full sunlight, without even ringing the bell, even though I was at home. For a parcel of this value, that's really unacceptable.
It's a shame that such a negligent delivery service should tarnish an otherwise very satisfactory shopping experience. Especially when you see the efforts made on the quality of the reconditioning, you expect a minimum of seriousness until the package is delivered.
