Extremely fast delivery - even faster than announced, smartphone in excellent condition - but one request, guys and gals: Make your smartphones, at least if they are already a bit older (as in my case), a little bit cheaper, so that the price difference compared to the other sites is still a little bigger.

this came before expected time frame, I cant believe how awesome it looks, considering it was up as "Fair" , in my eyes this is supreme, so pleased!, I will never buy a brand new handset again! This is my preferred "Go to" site. Thank you for an awesome phone, considering it was up as "Fair" it only has a slight blemish on the side of metal aluminion frame which is hardly noticeable! For functionality and battery life I'll update once had a good play with it. but 4 now i'm well pleased. Also as for packaging I thought it was pretty neat! dunno why the negativity? it charge's up fast with right kit and functions without flaw. The only thing I've found is 1 of my games is quite large and the battery overheats so have to come out of it. Wander if the tech team have any advice for this. Otherwise this is my best phone to date. Camera detail is awesome too 👍😃👏

I have been purchasing phones from Back Market for the last 3 years, with different phone status categorised mainly as "Good" or "Fair", and I was happy with my purchase. However, when I bought the Honor Magic 4 Pro, the phone arrived yesterday in a dirty and badly packaged, with a big scratch on the side, and overall condition of the phone. It was categorised as "Good" instead of " Fair", though the phones I bought before that were categorised as "Fair" were much better by far than this. The supplier should have simply cleaned the phone at the least and packaged it properly. I am returning the phone.
