My sister and I bought this phone as a present for my dad. It's his first iPhone and hes soooooo happy with it. Came very soon and there was no issue with delivery. Overall super happy with the service. This was not my first and will not be my last time ordering from BackMarket.

Compré un iPhone 14 Pro de 1 TB en estado Excelente y me llegó un terminal totalmente nuevo (por fuera y por dentro), con un 100 % de salud de batería (no había pedido que se la cambiaran). El reacondicionador era Wowphone, de Valencia. Y quiero dejar esta reseña porque ha sido una experiencia excelente que quiero agradecer por escrito. Lamentablemente fui yo quien se equivocó al elegir el modelo, pues para el uso que le doy al terminal actualmente, la capacidad de la batería se me quedaba corta, motivo por el cual tuve que devolverlo y optar por el Pro Max con todo el dolor de mi corazón (porque el terminal estaba impecable y me gustaba mucho más su tamaño). No penséis que la batería estaba mal o no era original: antes de nada, fui a la Apple Store y allí me confirmaron que la batería era original, estaba al 100 % de salud y tenía unos pocos ciclos de carga (que coincidían con los días que llevaba yo con el móvil). Vamos, que el terminal estaba nuevo. La experiencia de la devolución también muy bien, con el reembolso completo. Sin duda volveré a recurrir a Back Market en un futuro y, si puedo, a comprar a Wowphone (incluso intenté buscar en la página de compra por reacondicionado...

J’ai commandé mon iPhone 14 Pro noir en 128 giga je l’ai pris en parfait état avec batterie neuve. Je l’ai commandé le 5 mars et je l’ai reçu le 7 mars donc livraison très rapide. Je l’ai reçu avec un film hydrogène déjà placé sur le téléphone, c’est mon premier achat reconditionné sur Back Market et j’en suis très satisfaite. Aucune rayure. Meine Frau ist mit dem neuen (refurbished) iPhone 14 Pro sehr zufrieden. Es sieht wirklich wie neu aus und der Transfer der Daten, Apps etc. war kein Problem vom alten iPhone 7 zum neuen. Eine wirklich gute Alternative zum Neukauf!
