Delighted my my flip 5. Came well packed and presented. I chose to go for one that was in excellent condition. And I wasn't disappointed. Phone is like new at around 900euro less than a brand new one. This is my 2nd time buying a refurbished phone and the last one lasted 3 years. Here's hoping this one does the same. I'd advise anyone looking for a change of phone to buy refurbished. This one came within 5 days I think. Save your hard earned cash and get a phone you really want but couldn't otherwise afford. I reckon you won't be disappointed.

I love it but it will take me some time to get used to it. My fat fingers keep touching the wrong keys so I spend a lot of time correcting my spellings. Apart from that I love it. The phone works great and other than a few scuffs on the screen, it's in great condition. My problem is around how the condition system here doesn't really work when it comes to folding phones. The "great" condition I bought claimed that the screen would be in perfect condition, and any signs of damage would be on the frame of the phone. But since this is a folding phone, there is a second smaller screen, which was not in great condition. It had considerable scuffs which really impact the look of the phone when closed. I think the terminology of the condition rating system needs to be updated when dealing with folding phones, since I was led to believe that the screen (all screens) would be in perfect condition - not just the primary one. I probably would have gone for a higher condition phone if I had known there would be damage to the outer screen, but this was not suggested by the rating system
