Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 512GB - Grey - Wi-Fi + 5G

I just received my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and it arrived exactly as expected! The condition is absolutely perfect — looks brand new with no scratches or marks. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I received the tablet in its original packaging, with the S-Pen included and an original charging cable (type c 3.2). The product is in almost new condition and perfectly functional. There are no scratches or marks whatsoever. The tablet turns on and starts up without a hitch, and the touchpad is fully responsive. The S-Pen connects without a problem. The tablet charges without a hitch (no overheating) and the battery is in a condition that will last me a day in office use. I'm very satisfied, thank you.

I was in the market for a tablet and was about to buy new, but during my research I came across Back Market. 12 months warranty, 30 days to change my mind, free shipping... I figured I'd give it a try. When it arrived and I opened the box I was expecting to find the tablet in a plain generic box, but to my surprise it was in it's original packing and it looked brand new! it even still had the clear plastic stickers around the edge of the tablet. The S Pen and charging cable were also in the box. The tablet works great, and honestly sometimes I forget that it's refurbished. It just feels like a bought a new tablet. The only thing that annoyed my is that they sent my a discount coupon to use on my first purchase AFTER I made the purchase! So I could have gotten it even cheaper!, I did email to ask if I could get the difference back but I didn't get a reply. Hopefully they're better at replying if I ever need to contact them about an issue (but hopefully I won't need to).

This is the 3rd time I've bought via Back Market. After 2 smartphones, this time a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet. The device is in top condition, looks like new. I couldn't see any signs of use. I'm really happy with condition of the device, It was in excellent condition. Received on time with S pen, booklets, sim ejector, and 2 usb cables. S pen nib is slightly worn out. Overall product is good.

The device was in excellent condition as described, really could have been brand new other than the packaging. It works perfectly, still has excellent battery life.
