best gadget i have bought for half of the price of the original and it was brand new with the box!! came in perfect time and condition for exams. if you need a big screen and a powerful system, and want to take full advantage of a stylus, this is your best bet hands down

This is the second device that I've bought from back market. A galaxy Tab s10 ultra. The purchase and the service was brilliant. The delivery was one day and the condition of the tablet was marked as good but in actual fact it was excellent there's not a mark on it anywhere. It was though the device was brand new. It came with all of its accessories and it works superbly.

Arrived on time, definitely in good condition and working well. Needs a case but the first two I bought did not fit it, so now I've bought a used Samsung case with keyboard which works really well. Overall very pleased with this purchase. However, the trade-in didn't work out and I was offered only £10 which I rejected - BackMarket use 3rd party refurbishers so no direct link to them.

The device arrived as described, in excellent condition, without the slightest scratch, it really looks like it's new, everything perfect, very fast shipping, arrived in one working day. Excellent customer service, courteous and helpful with every request. I highly recommend Back Market, and will definitely use it again to order other devices.

The delivery was quick and on time. The tablet is as good as new and working properly! The only disappointment was that the charger and S-Pen were not included. I couldn't find that information when I bought it, but I'm satisfied with the product!
