    Je reçois la tablette, je la mets à charger, et je constate qu’elle ne charge pas. Aussi je renvoie le produit en demandant un remboursement et on me répond que la tablette n’est pas sous garantie… Je n’ai fait que ouvrir le colis et mettre la tablette à charger, donc je vois pas comment on peut refuser un remboursement ????
